Once you have selected your items and have proceeded to the checkout you will be advised of the total weight of your parcel. You will then be required to select which service you require. Please review and select the service which best suits your requirements.

Please note orders over $300 are shipped within Canada for free!

Please note that if you are unable to sign for your parcel and are happy to leave instructions for where you would like your parcel left at your nominated address, please add these instructions in the “shipping instructions” field when completing your delivery details. Please ensure this is a secure place as unfortunately we are unable to replace your goods if they are damaged or stolen as you have instructed that no signature be obtained. Otherwise if you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a calling card and be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Shipping

As shipping fees vary from country to country, your shipping fee will be automatically charged and listed on the checkout page.
Please note the estimated shipping time is 3 -10 business days from the time your order has been processed at Jessi Howell Cosmetics. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been processed. Australia Post International Express does not provide a tracking service.

International Orders  & Express Shipping TNT

Jessi Howell Cosmetics delivers to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe within 3 – 10 working days from the date of purchase (depending on stock availability). Overseas purchases can be delivered by TNT Couriers and will be charged a flat rate of $AUD 50.00. Delivery of your purchase can be tracked on the TNT Courier website. Jessi Howell Cosmetics will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

If you are making a purchase from Jessi Howell Cosmetics outside Australia,  please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. We recommend that you contact your national customs/imports body in order to determine what customs and/or duty charges may apply to your order.
